Hello..today lets us discuss about our health.Everyone take care of their body because it's the only place that they live in. So there are a ten tips for a happier and healthier life.
1 Eat ‘primarily’ Common sense dictates that the best diet is one based on foods we've been eating the longest in terms of our time on this planet. These are the foods that we've evolved to eat and are best adapted to. Studies show that a ‘primal’ diet made up of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, as well as meat, fish and eggs, is best for weight control and improvement in risk markers for illnesses, such as heart disease and diabetes. This ‘go primal’ food philosophy will enable you to cut through the marketing hype and dietary misinformation, and allow you to make healthy food choices quickly and confidently.

2 Keep hydrated Water makes up two-thirds of the body and performs a plethora of functions, including acting as a solvent, carrier of nutrients, temperature regulator and body detoxifier. Maintaining hydration can have a profound influence on our vitality and energy levels, including mental alertness. Aim to drink enough water to keep your urine a pale yellow colour throughout the course of the day.
3 Eat mindfully In our fast-paced world, there can be a tendency to eat while distracted and shovel in more food than we need and, at the same time, miss out on culinary pleasure. Many of us will benefit from eating mindfully. Some things to think about here are avoiding eating when distracted, eating more slowly, and taking time to taste food properly. One particular thing to focus on is chewing your food thoroughly – not only does this help us savor food, it also assists the digestive process.
4 Get plenty of sunlight in the summer… Sunlight, and the vitamin D this can make in the skin, is associated with a wide spectrum of benefits for the body including a reduced risk of several forms of cancer, heart disease, multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis, as well as improved immune function. As a rule of thumb, vitamin D is made when our shadow is shorter than our body length, ie when the sun is high in the sky. While burning is to be avoided, get as much sunlight exposure as possible for optimal health.
5… and in the winter Low levels of sunlight in the winter can cause our mood to darken. Even when it’s cold outside, it pays to get some external light exposure in the winter, say during lunchtime. Another option is to invest in a sunlight-simulating device and use this daily from October through to March.
6 Get enough sleep Sleep has the ability to optimize mental and physical energy, and optimal levels of sleep (about eight hours a night) are linked with reduced risk of chronic disease and improved longevity. One simple strategy that can help ensure you get optimal amounts of sleep is to go to bed earlier. Getting into bed by 10pm or 10.30pm is a potentially useful investment in terms of your short- and long-term health and well being. Shutting down the computer or turning off the TV early in the evening is often all it takes to create the time and space for earlier sleep.
7 Walk regularly Aerobic exercise, including something as uncomplicated and low-impact as walking, is associated with a variety of benefits for the body and the brain, including a reduced risk of chronic diseases, anti-anxiety and mood-enhancing effects. Aim for a total of about 30 minutes of brisk walking every day.
8 Engage in some resistance exercise Resistance exercise helps to maintain muscle mass and strengthens the body. This has particular relevance as we age, as it reduces the risk of disability and falls. Many highly useful exercises can be done at home, such as press-ups, sit-ups and squats.
9 Practice random acts of kindness Random acts of kindness are good for givers and receivers alike. It could be a quick call or text to someone you care about or have lost touch with, or showing a fellow motorist some consideration, or giving up your seat on a train or bus, or buying someone lunch or giving a spontaneous bunch of flowers.
10 Practice the art of appreciation Modern-day living tends to be aspiration and we can easily find ourselves chasing an ever-growing list of goals, many of which can be material. Some of us could do with spending more time focusing not on what we don’t have, but on what we do. Our mood can be lifted by giving thanks for anything from our friends and family to a beautiful landscape or sunset.

I love cats.
I love every kind of cat.
I just wanna hug all of them but I can’t;
Can’t hug every cat,
Can’t hug every cat.
So anyway I am a cat lover
And I love to run.
I’m sorry I’m thinking about cats again.
I really love cats.
I’m thinking about cats again
And again, and again and again and again.
I think about how many don’t have a home
And how I should have them.
I think about how cute they are
And how their ears and the whiskers and the nose.
Meow :)

It's 1436H, people! and 1 Muharram marks the first day of the Islamic year. Alhamdulillah, being given to enter a new year is a blessing from Him, couldn't ask for more. :')
So, what's your new year's resolution in mind so far? I know you have tons, list it down before your spirit goes away! Insya-Allah that will keep you istiqomah in pursuing your "turning point". :)
Don't be afraid to create a turning point within you for Allah. He knows what's inside and out of everyone. He knows best. Allahu 'alim. If you don't seek to change, then you shall forever remain the stagnant you forever. Thus, grab hold of this chance to deviate from all those time-wasting "worship" of the dunya, and focus on getting the eternal Jannah in the afterlife.
What if you don't see the next Hijr calendar year again? What if this was the last year of your breath? What have you done for the past years that contributes to the ummah? Non-rhetorical questions are to be acted upon, not just to be answered verbally.
May Allah make us stronger inside out. Insya-Allah. :)
P/S : He always put us in the right place, never wrong. Learn, learn to be grateful and take time to realise that everything is something in life. Insya-Allah. Amiin. :')

Sometimes, frustrations make your heart wanna rebel so much. But hold on! Rebelling isn't going to do any good to you. Take that long walk down the river, breath in fresh air, remember that Allah loves you, that is why He is testing on you. He wants us to prove our love towards Him. How far could we go for that pure love of His Oneness? :)
Maybe what we did today relieves us for this short while, but never will it last years ahead. Believe me. Never think with your heart, but think with your soul. And think of Him always. :)
P/S : Hope this year will be well spent as well. May Allah be pleased with everything that we are doing for His sake. Amiin. :)

Advantages and disadvantages of mass media
Nowadays, people that not have access to mass media are people who don´t know many things about the world but what are the advantages and disadvantages of mass media and how mass media affects the human life.
To begin with, mass media inform us about the events that happen in our country and around the world too For example, we are in Bogotá, but thanks to mass media we can to know about the political or social events of Asia and Europe as the result, statistics show that approximately 15% of the population receive information only from mass media many people spend the day reading newspaper and magazines to see the events around the politic, the healthy, education, etc. Furthermore another advantage of mass media is that many people can communicate with their families or with their friends Actually, people travel around the world and by this reason they need a good way in order to not lose the contact with their families in their native country, The studies reveal that approximately 95% of the population use electronic devices for their communication for example: mobile phones, telephones, computers, etc.
Mass media have some disadvantages for example cannot be real information because some newspapers manipulate the information in some cases, furthermore in some cases people break their familiar bows break the communication bows and people put in risk the familiar union, the statistics show us that 80% of young people pass approximately 6 hours in the computer or listen music in their iPods As the result young people forget the familiar events, the familiar dialog because the electronic devices occupy all of their time because t forget the exterior world.
Finally in my opinion I believe that the mass media is important for individual and social development nevertheless each person should make an appropriate use about the information that receive and about electronic devices that take part.

Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
The secret to making a great spaghetti and meat sauce is to build layers of flavor (beyond the meat and tomatoes), and to allow them to meld together in a balanced way. It’s a fairly simple thing to do when you’re including dozens of ingredients and simmering them together for hours, but I wanted to make a sauce that anyone can throw together on a weeknight using less than a dozen basic ingredients.
By using a few flavor-enhancing time-saving techniques, this spaghetti sauce takes less than thirty minutes from start to finish without skimping on flavor. What you get is a well balanced pasta sauce that’s neither too tart nor too sweet, with a complex savory flavor that belies the quick preparation. If you’re new to the kitchen, save this page, because I’m going to show you some techniques that can be used in almost any dish to speed it up and make it taste better.
Unlike what most jarred sauce manufacturers would have you believe, this dish is called spaghetti and MEAT sauce, not “spaghetti with tomatoes and a few crumbs of meat”. That’s why I add about as much meat as there is tomato into the sauce. That way, you’ll never be left wondering “Where’s the beef?”.
To create the meaty foundation for the sauce, I use two kinds of meat: bacon and beef. By browning them both, we take advantage of the Maillard reaction, creating new flavor compounds that give the dish depth. If you don’t eat pork, you can just increase the amount of ground beef by 100 grams, and then add a few salted anchovy fillets to make up for the flavor you lose by leaving out the bacon.
The next layer of flavor comes from a mirepoix of onions, garlic and carrots that is caramelized in the rendered fat form the meat. This not only brings out the natural sweetness of the aromatics, it creates a host of additional flavor compounds that makes the sauce taste far more complex than it is. It’s important to chop the onions small, and grate the carrot finely, as this not only speeds up the caramelization process, it hastens the release of the flavors into the sauce once the liquids are added. For the next layer of flavor, I added some white wine. This not only introduces some fruit flavors, the liquid helps release the brown fond (caramelized meat and vegetable flavor) that forms on the bottom of the pan. By boiling the mixture until there’s almost no liquid remaining, you ensure that all the alcohol has evaporated, leaving a wonderful slurry of meat, vegetable and fruit flavors behind.
Since tomatoes used for canning are usually picked before they’re fully ripe, they tend to lack the sweetness of fresh vine ripened tomatoes. Adding a little ketchup to the sauce is a quick way to bolster the tomato flavor while balancing the acidity of the canned tomatoes with a hint of sweetness. Left to stew together while the pasta is boiling, you’ll have a delicious homemade spaghetti sauce in less time than it would have taken to order take-out. But it’s not just about saving time. With a complex flavor profile that comes together in perfect harmony, this meat sauce will put most restaurant sauces to shame. UPDATE: Here’s an awesome fan video by Big Stu who raps this recipe while showing you how it’done.
